These terms apply when you use interactivewish.com ("the site", "the service"). By using it, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, contact us before using the site.
The service
InteractiveWish lets you create and share interactive digital cards, games and quizzes. Most features are free and don't require an account. Some advanced modes require signing in with Google or email, and some features are part of a paid Premium tier, processed via Stripe.
Adult content
Some sections of the site (quizzes, scratch cards, and games with a "spicy"/erotic theme) are designed for an adult audience. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to access those sections. Don't use them if you don't meet that requirement.
Content you create
When you type text, upload a photo, or otherwise create content on InteractiveWish, you keep ownership of it. You grant us the license needed to store and transmit that content so the feature actually works (e.g. so the link you share opens correctly). You're responsible for what you create — don't upload or share anything illegal, non-consensual, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that violates this.
Card content is ephemeral by design — see our Privacy Policy for exactly how long each type of content is kept and how it's deleted.
What we ask you not to do
- Don't use the site to harass, threaten, or send non-consensual content to anyone.
- Don't try to bypass access restrictions, rate limits, or the age gate on adult sections.
- Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the site's infrastructure.
- Don't impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with InteractiveWish.
Premium purchases
Premium purchases are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details. If you have a billing question or want to request a refund, contact us — we handle these case by case.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it available and working correctly, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available forever. Because free card content is ephemeral by design (see our Privacy Policy), don't rely on it as permanent storage.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, InteractiveWish isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability where it can't legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
